Due to the impact of the pandemic on international logistics which affected the cost of shipping based on weight, all shipping charges will be based on weight. Currently we do not offer shipping for items above 3kg. Please contact us directly to order items above 3kg or for wholesale orders so we can provide you with the cost of shipping using EMS Premium to your location.

Delivery timelines can range from 10 - 25 working days depending on the region and flights available due to the pandemic. Average delivery time if there are available flights out of Korea is 10 days from South Korea.
Import Duties and Taxes:Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Beauficial is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Beauficial which will include a tracking number and a website link for tracking which you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is not opened, unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount as a store credit minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
